About Us:
Fred and Sherry Maupin began Maupin Homes in 1983 as a Custom Construction Enterprise. Fred and Sherry are natives of the Treasure Valley and have been specializing in custom built homes for over 15 years. Fred has been in the home building industry owning both Boise Framing Contractors and FM Framing for over 20 years. He began his building experience with Maupin & Sons in 1977.
Sherry Maupin has a background in banking and finance and is currently a real estate professional with Homeland Realty.
